This event especially will focus on Covid-19, the variants, and safety in this back-to-school season.

  关于中国驻美国使领馆启用“中国领事” APP 的通知 2021/05/28 update: 06/03/2021 为向海外同胞提供更加便捷的领事服务， 实时介绍新的应用平台并回答大家的提问, 纽约总领馆于六月一日安排了 Zoom 会议, 受到了北美地区华人华侨和社区的广泛关注和积极参与. 主题：中国驻纽约总领馆"中国领事APP“推介会议,   受到了华人社区的欢迎和北美地区广大同胞的热情参与和积极提问. 上办 ” 、 “ 零跑腿 ” ，根据国内统一部署，中国驻美国使领馆将于 2021 年 5 月 31 日正式上线启用 “ 中国领事 ”APP 。其中，领取养老金资格认证、领事认证查验、领事新闻资讯、领保服务（含 12308 一键呼叫）等功能于 5 月 31 日启用， “ 护照旅行证 ” 及 “ 应急旅行证 ” 在线办理功能于 6 月 7 日启用。同时，自 6 月 7 日起， “ 海外申请护照在线预约系统 ” 在驻美使领馆停止使用。 　　目前，驻美国使领馆仅受理在美中国公民通过 “ 中国领事 ”APP 向本馆提交的有关申请，可接受跨领区申请，不接受跨国申请。 APP 上线启用后，确有特殊紧急需要人员，仍可通过各馆领事证件咨询邮箱或电话联系申办有关业务。 　　 “ 中国领事 ”APP 可通过苹果应用商店、腾讯应用宝商店、小米应用商店、华为应用商店或扫描下图中的二维码下载。关于 “ 中国领事 ”APP 的详细使用说明 ，可通过使馆网站进行查询。   “中国领事”  APP 使用说明 2021/05/28 　　一、下载注册 　　 “ 中国领事 ” APP 可通过苹果应用商店、腾讯应用宝商店、小米应用商店、华为应用商店或扫描下图中的二维码下载。下载成功后打开 APP ，使用电子邮箱或中国手机号进行注册，根据提示完成实名认证，之后即可正常登录使用。 　　二、业务办理 　　（一）申办护照、旅行证 　　 1 、信息填报：登录 APP 后，选择 “ 护照旅行证 ” （此业务模块适用于申请护照或旅行证颁发、换发或补发人员），根据提示要求逐步、完整、准确填写个人基本信息，在线签字确认《国籍状况声明书》，按要求格式上传证件照片、现持护照资料页等资料；或选择 “ 应急旅行证 ” （此业务模板适用于短期来美丢失护照人员或有紧急情况来
